Cancellation & Payment Policy

Payment

Based on our confirmation, please transfer 50% of the accommodation fee by the deadline stated in the confirmation.

Cancellation terms before arrival

Low and shoulder season

The guest is required to pay the following amount as cancellation fee to the accommodation after notifying the cancellation:

• If cancelled 7 days before the start date of the booking, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total amount stated in the confirmation.
• For cancellation within 48 hours or No-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount stated in the confirmation.

High season and peak / holiday periods

The guest is required to pay the following amount as cancellation fee to the accommodation after notifying the cancellation:

• If cancelled 14 days before the start date of the booking, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total amount stated in the confirmation.
• For cancellation within 48 hours or No-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount stated in the confirmation.

Important: Cancellations and modifications are only accepted in writing.
