House Rules

The most important information is summarised below:

• You can occupy our apartment from 2 PM (14:00) on the day of arrival and must vacate by 10 AM (10:00) on the day of departure.
• You can occupy our apartment after official check-in and full payment of the booking fee. Before arrival our colleague will contact you so you can clarify the details. Our colleague will meet you on site at arrival and check in on you at the planned departure.
• You can reach our colleague (Barócsi Adrienn) any time, 24 hours a day, on +36 30 660 9843.
• Guests receive the apartments clean and tidy. For longer stays, cleaning and towel change take place every three days; for stays over 7 nights, bed linen is also changed once a week. We are of course happy to accommodate different requests for an additional fee.
• Whenever leaving the apartment, please always lock both the apartment door and the main gate.
• The accommodation provider is not liable for any material damage or accidents arising from improper use. The host accepts no responsibility for guests' valuables!
• Please do not take indoor furnishings (beds, bedding, mattresses, tables, chairs, etc.) out into the courtyard.
• For the security of your valuables, a safe is available in our apartments. Instructions are placed next to the safe.
• The apartment is equipped with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and washing machine.
• Like in any household, something may break or malfunction in the apartment through no fault of the guests. If you notice any irregularity, please notify our colleague as soon as possible to avoid more serious damage.
• Please let us know your final departure time at arrival. At final departure, the key must be handed over to the accommodation provider. At checkout our colleague takes over the house and checks it against inventory. If we notice any discrepancy or damage during the inventory check, the guest is required to pay for the missing or damaged items immediately.
• The apartment has free Wi-Fi access.
• The apartment provides guests with a locked car park within a 500-metre radius, for an additional fee.
• Pets are not accepted in our apartments.
• Please note that smoking and the use of open flame are prohibited on the apartment premises. Smoking is only allowed outside the building, in designated smoking areas.
• For the peace of those living nearby, guests are kindly asked to comply with the applicable quiet hours.
• Improper or uncultured conduct, behaviour offending public morals, noise-making, or disturbing the rest of others and the community (in particular outdoor music listening, singing, or other noise-making activity between 10 PM (22:00) and 8 AM (08:00)) will result in immediate expulsion from the entire apartment premises.
